Adidas Tango League Australia

Tonight, Adidas hosted the Australian leg of their Tango League tournament, a worldwide campaign that gathers young talent from around the globe in a rapid-fire, intense 5-a-side street tournament.

Hosted in a contemporary multi-arts centre in Sydney the warehouse was transformed with moody lighting, barricades and wood crates for a gritty, underground vibe. Throw into the mix a FIFA17 Tournament and a DJ blasting fantastic Urban and Underground tracks and you’ve got yourself a football tournament to rival that of our overseas counterparts.

Open to girls and boys aged between 16 to 25, local footballers had the opportunity to showcase their talent, increase their social media following, and for a lucky few, the chance to be an Adidas-sponsored athlete.

Massive thanks to Adidas for inviting us to attend, to EA Sports for the entertaining FIFA Comp and to each and every baller that participated tonight.

Stay tuned, full coverage and gallery from tonight’s event coming soon.
